The Gaslighting Administration: Funny lie, but how do you reduce drug prices by 200% or 300%?

Somebody needs to ask how they lowered drug prices by 200 or 300%? Is this not gaslighting at its finest? If that were the case, the drug companies would be PAYING the customers to take their drugs. An obvious lie, and even if they are being facetious, this is just a stupid amateurish thing for anyone in a serious position as President, Press Secretary, etc. to even say. You're not a person off the damn streets, you're a Federal Authority, speak with some clarity and cut the stupid slangs, sarcasms, and exaggerations.
